Just under 17,000 job seekers accounted for 57,000 visits to FutureWorks in Fiscal 2009. This in addition to our very active website makes getajob.cc the place to be to access local talent.
In addition our Business Services Unit stand ready to help you in your recruitment efforts. We conduct three large job fairs yearly. In June and October of 2009 these were held at the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall Of Fame in Springfield. The three-hour Springfield Stimulus Job Expos averaged 30 employers and 750 job seekers. We also hold recruitment events on site at our career center.
